Bradburn Advisory was founded by Dickon Wood in 2026 following more than 30 years of experience across national, international and regional commercial property markets. Dickon started his career in London with a national practice before relocating back to his native North East in 2003.
Dickon Wood spent 10 years leading the North East Capital Markets team at King Sturge and subsequently JLL, followed by a further 13 years leading the Knight Frank Capital Markets team in Newcastle.
Throughout that time, Dickon has advised a wide range of investors, developers, institutions, occupiers and HNW clients, combining global market insight with an in-depth understanding of the North East of England commercial property market . This depth of experience provides clients with access to extensive market knowledge, a strong professional network and a proven track record of buying and selling real estate across all sectors .
